Delegate Must Meet All Financial Obligations (Ticket Sales, Ads, Fundraisers) By The Stated Deadlines

Delegate Must Be A Woman Of Current Good Moral Character

Delegate Must Be Prepared To Dedicate 1 Full Year of Service As A Reigning Queen Should She Win The Title Of: Ms. Diamond, Ms. Ruby, Ms. Emerald, Ms. Sapphire Or Ms. Beyond Beautiful World.

Delegate cannot be a current title holder or participant in another pageant system.
